CAM Express however is different in that the DVD's will be mailed to ALL CAM Express customers (if you also have NX and are paying the subscription, they will both come in the same box, otherwise you will only get the CAM Express DVD). As for physical media (DVD's), they will only be mailed to customers who are paying for the so-called 'subscription' service (this includes both the software and the documentation DVD's).
To start with, we now email, to the addresses which we have in our records, the license sheet files automatically so there is no longer any need to make a request (BTW, the NX 7.5 sheets have already been mailed).
